It was a pleasure to stay in that hotel. Very polite and friendly staff, always ready to help. They helped to bring things to the apartment, and also personally served during breakfast. Excellent Turkish style breakfast. The room was absolutely clean and new, it was very pleasant to stay. Lock box and refrigerator in the room. Everything in the bathroom is new and tidy. Silent air conditioning that is easy to adjust and does not interfere with sleep. The bed and towels were also soft and comfortable. Only positive impressions about the hotel. Please stay that way! The location is great if you need metro (just 3 min)

I recently stayed at Grand İska Palace for five days and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless throughout my stay. The breakfast was good—standard choices, but fresh and satisfying each morning. What really made the stay special was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, supportive, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel like I was at home. The hotel's location is also a big plus—it's close to public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. There are also many great restaurants nearby, many of which stay open late, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

You can look at this hotrl from different angles. If you are looking for a fancy hotel in a fancy neighborhood, this is not it, but: 1- Hotel is clean 2- The location is very strategic, Metro, Train and buses are close 3- Staff are not greedy and help you as much as they can. 4- Breakfast is not self-service, but I found it more than enough. I suggest they offer more option across the weekdays. 5- They were flexible with rooms and changed our rooms. Depending on my budget, I might reserve again in the future.

The room/bathroom space was new, contemporary, clean and comfortable, the hotel was, quiet and peaceful. At reception on arrival they allowed us early check in, upgraded our rooms to bigger ones and provided us road free parking space outside hotel whenever possible to save for us on paid parking opposite hotel. Breakfast staff make the best Turkish coffee and provide a basic although repetitive but decent standard plate breakfast.

Excellent hotel – exceeded my expectations! I only stayed for one night, but I truly wish I could have stayed longer. The hotel is newly renovated, the room was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent – close to many major attractions and just a 15-minute walk to the Havaist bus stop that takes you directly to the new Istanbul Airport. The young man at the reception who checked us in was extremely polite and friendly, and made us feel very welcome. I’ve been to Istanbul many times and stayed in various hotels, but this one really stood out in terms of cleanliness and how well everything was maintained. Unfortunately, I had to leave early and didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast, but I saw the dining area and it looked lovely – I believe the breakfast must be just as good. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very lovely, clean. The room was pretty, big and cozy, the bed very comfortable. Nice view from the 7. th floor. The staff were all really great, they were kind and sweet. The cleaner woman was also very sweet. Yilmaz at the reception was really kind and sweet, he got me a lovely room and made me enjoy my stage at the hotel even more😊thanks to him. The breakfast was good, but could have been even better, if you could choose the food yourself. Beautiful new hotel in a great area, close to the tramp station and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks for a lovely stay at this hotel☺️ Amal

My stay at this hotel was excellent. I would like to give special thanks to Yılmaz Kekliktepe and Ahmet Aydın — they let me check in early at 8 am and even offered me breakfast right away, although it was officially included only from the next day. Later, when it turned out that the bed was not very comfortable for me because of my height, the staff themselves suggested a solution and moved me to a more spacious room. Such service and care for guests are truly rare. Cleanliness, comfort, and staff attitude were all outstanding. I definitely recommend this hotel!

The right choice among thousands of hotels in Istanbul is the Grand Iska Hotel in Aksaray. Excellent value for money. Renovated. The rooms are comfortable, tidy, clean, with hot water and heating. A special quality is the friendly staff. Young Kerim stands out, and Mr. Yilmaz is amazing — a real Google encyclopedia for Istanbul. He is a great help to guests with all questions and information. We recommend this hotel to friends and other travelers. We hope to come back again. Nina and Branko

The hotel is relatively newly renovated so all the walls and curtains are new and clean and modern, unlike some of the other hotels which has a dated design and feels old and "dirty". The breakfast, I really enjoyed! I wish I took a picture but I forgot, its got a generous selection and cuts of cheeses, hard boiled egg, a basket of bread, butter, jam, honey, olives. The shower and water pressure and hot water works GREAT! Front desk was very welcoming and friendly and helpful.
